Wedding Package

We know how important it is for everything to be perfect on your big day so we do all we can to ensure that arranging your disco is as easy and stress free as possible.

All of the details are sorted well before the big day so that in the weeks before the wedding the disco is one thing you can forget about in the knowledge that it will all happen exactly as you want it.

When you first get in touch, we will spend time to make sure we are the right fit for your event. We will discuss your vision for the music and how you want the event to flow. We will ask you to start to think about specific music you would like (for example the first dance and any other formal dances such as father / daughter or mother / son and the music you want for the rest of the celebration). In choosing music for the main part of the event you can suggest as much or as little as you like. This could be a list of genres you like and you could add in some favourite tunes. If you want to you can provide a whole playlist (but please don't think you have to - we are very happy to read the room at the event and go with the flow). Once you are happy we will fix the booking in our calendar. You will also receive a contract to give you peace of mind that you are on your way to a great time! We will then set to work behind the scenes to ensure your celebration runs exactly as you desire. We will contact your venue and complete a site visit if necessary.

Nearer to the big day we will be in touch again to finalise all of the arrangements, collect your music choices, timings and announcements. 

We will set to work personalising playlists and ensuring everything is in place for your special occasion.

We have a variety of lighting options to make sure the atmosphere is just how you want it.

Have you ever been to disco and felt uncomfortable and pained with the music, wanting it to be turned down? More than likely it was not the volume at fault but the quality of the PA system. Our equipment is by one of the leading brands in PA, RCF. This good quality makes listening comfortable and pleasant even at high volumes (but the volume I play at is always at the discretion of the hirer).

Our lights are controlled to give a coordinated display across all the lights. This means we can match the lighting colours to your wedding theme - especially useful earlier in the evening which may be background music and mood lighting before the dancing starts!

We include uplighting for your room at no extra cost (where it can be installed). Uplighting provides atmosphere and effect, potentially, around your whole venue. 

On the night we will be ready to start the party and do everything possible to make sure your event is one to remember!
